| Abstract: | Selecting some typical rural areas in Qingdao as the low-carbon rural practice areas,the construction of low carbon rural practice areas were discussed from the using and developing the low-carbon energy in the rural areas,adjusting the structure of rural industries to low-carbon,developing the low-carbon agriculture,constructing the low-carbon countries and guiding the peasants to low-carbon consumption,etc. |
