| 摘 要： | 目的]对喀什树莓酒的紫外指纹图谱进行研究。方法]采用紫外可见吸收光谱法,计算样品紫外光谱与多个对照样品紫外光谱的相似度并求出平均值,通过该平均值与阈值的比较对样品质量进行评价。结果]紫外光谱相似度能敏感反映谱图间的差异,该方法能够快速、准确地反映树莓酒的质量状况。结论]根据紫外指纹图谱可实现对喀什树莓酒的质量控制。
