摘    要:目的]探讨沼液和化肥配施改良土壤的机制。方法]在总施氮量相同的条件下,比较了沼液和氮肥以及沼液和氮肥配施处理对菜地土壤硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷和速效钾等养分、微生物量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果]化肥、沼液、沼液和化肥配施可明显提高土壤中硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷和速效钾养分含量,改善土壤养分状况。同时,这3种施肥方式也增加了微生物量C和N,并显著降低了微生物C/N。化肥增加了土壤多酚氧化酶和几丁质酶活性,但对纤维素酶活性无显著影响。沼液、沼液和化肥配施明显增加了多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶和几丁质酶的活性,尤其以沼液和化肥配施效果最明显。结论]沼液和化肥配施为微生物提供了适宜的碳氮源,不仅改善了养分状况,而且促进了微生物活性,其效果最佳。
