| Abstract: | The main effects of sci-tech innovation in the Eleventh Five-Year were introduced and its main highlights were summarized.The guiding ideas,basic principles and key tasks of promoting sci-tech innovation in the Twelveth Five-Year were proposed in order to provide reference for other provincial academy of agricultural sciences in strengthening sci-tech innovation. |
