摘    要:目的]探索水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖(WSCC)对铅毒性的影响。方法]对壳聚糖进行羧甲基化改性,合成水溶性好并能跟重金属形成配位作用的水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖;以斜生栅藻为受试生物进行培养,绘制藻的生长曲线,通过测量吸光度,做出藻细胞浓度与吸光度的线性关系图;进行WSCC、Pb2+、Pb2+-WSCC对斜生栅藻的毒理试验,对不同处理的毒性进行评估。结果]Pb2+对斜生栅藻有较大的毒性作用,随着Pb2+投加量的增加,其抑制率明显升高;WSCC对斜生栅藻的毒性很小;当含Pb2+溶液中分别加入适量的WSCC后,其对斜生栅藻的抑制率明显下降,且随着WSCC投加量的增加,其对斜生栅藻的联合抑制效果越来越好。结论]WSCC与Pb2+发生配位作用后,可大大降低溶液的毒性,从而降低Pb2+对斜生栅藻的抑制率。
