摘    要:应用条件价值法的双边界二分式引导技术,随机面对面调查民众。利用SPSS软件处理数据,评估西安市耕地资源的非市场价值。结果表明,西安市农民和市民的平均最大支付意愿分别为133.99和143.74元/(年.户)。所评估的西安市耕地非市场价值约为2.826 1×108元。影响西安市居民支付意愿的因素主要包括投标值、居民的受教育程度和家庭年总收入等。

Abstract:Double-bound dichotomous contingent valuation methode(CVM) was adopted.A random sample survey in Xian was conducted face-to-face.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS software.The results indicated that there was the diference between the peasant household's WTP and the urban household's WTP.Calculated results suggested that the annual average of peasant was 133.99 RMB Yuan per household per year,as well as the annual average of citizen was 143.74 RMB Yuan per household per year.The non-market val...
