海南猪·五指山猪和墩头猪保种现状及对策研究

通过对海南省地方猪保种现状的调查研究，寻找保种工作的薄弱环节，有针对性地提出相关对策建议。联合全省各畜牧主管部门、大专院校、科研机构和基层畜牧科技人员的力量，成立海南省畜禽遗传资源调查组，在全省范围内深入调研。在调研结果的基础上，对海南地方猪品种资源的危机状况进行分析，并进行生产性能进行分析。结果表明，除定安猪处于“安全”级别外，其他品种均处于不同程度威胁状况。五指山猪处于“最低威胁”（149．64〉Ne~93．70、0．2≤F：≤O．3）；临高猪、屯昌猪、文昌猪、墩头猪均处于“严重威胁”状态（№〈64．27，F≥0．4）。建议运用现代生物技术加强海南猪、五指山猪、墩头猪保种及开发利用≥。

Conservation Status and Countermeasure Research of Hainan Pig,Wuzhishan Pig,Duntou Pig

Through the investigation on Hainan local pig breeds present situation, the weak links of conservation work was ~und, some targeted and suggestions were put forward. Combined with the animal husbandry departments, universities, research institutions and grass-roots animal husbandry science and technology personnel strength, an investigation group of livestock and poultry genetic resources in Hain- an Province was established to carry out research within the provincial range. Based on the result of investigation, the crisis situation and per- formance of Hainan local pig was analyzed. In addition to Dingan pig in the ＂safe＂ level, the remaining species are at different levels of threat status. Wuzhishan pig in ＂minimum threat＂ （ 149.64 〉 Ne ~〉93.70,0. 2 ~〈F, ~〈 0.3） ; Lingao pig, Tunchang pig, Wenchang pig, Duntou pig are in a ＂serious threat＂ state （Ne 〈64. 27 ,F, t〉0.4）. The modem biological technology can be used to strengthen the conservation and utiliza- tion of Hainan pig, Wuzhishan pig and Duntou pig.
