灵芝草提取物的体内抗氧化活性研究

目的]研究灵芝草提取物的体内抗氧化活性.方法]以灵芝草提取物为原料,选用生理盐水为载体,Vc,下标作阳性对照,分别对小白鼠灌胃不同剂量的灵芝草提取物;30 d后,测定小白鼠的血清、肝脏及心脏中总抗氧化力（T-AOC）、谷胱甘肽（GSH）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶（GSH-Px）的活力及丙二醛（MDA）和羟自由基含量,评价其体内抗氧化能力.结果]灵芝草提取物可以显著提高小白鼠血清、肝脏及心脏中的总抗氧化力（T-AOC）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶（GSH-Px）和谷胱甘肽（GSH）.在20 ～ 500 kDa和10 ～ 20 kDa区间的提取物抗氧化效果最好.结论]灵芝草具有一定的体内抗氧化作用.

Study of in vivo Antioxidation Activity of Polyporus Lucidus Extracts

Objective] To study in vivo antioxidative activity of polyporus lucidus extract.Method] With polyporus lucidus extract as raw material,physiological saline as carrier,and vitamin C as positive sample,mice were fed with different molecular weights of ganoderma lucidum.30 days later,after the animals were sacrificed,the spleen and thymus indexes were determined,and T-AOC,GSH,SOD,GSH-Px,MDA and content of hydroxyl free radical in serum,serum,liver and heart were determined.Result] The results showed that ganoderma lucidum extracts could increase the spleen and thymus indexes,and significantly increase T-AOC,SOD and GSH-Px,and GSH content.The extract of the molecular weights in 20-500 kDa and 10-20 kDa presented better antioxidative activity.Conclusion] Polyporus lucidus has the ability of in vivo antioxidation.
