| 摘 要： | 目的]研究蚯蚓粪复合基质对一串红（Salvia splendens）出苗及幼苗生长的影响.方法]穴盘育苗.9个处理的园土∶草炭∶蚯蚓粪比例分别为1∶1∶1、1∶1∶2、1∶1∶3、1∶2∶1、1∶2∶2、1∶2∶3、1∶3∶1、1∶3∶2、1∶3∶3,CK为园土.结果]复合基质对一串红出苗率及其幼苗生长均有促进作用,其中园土、草炭、蚓粪以体积比1∶3∶2配制为一串红育苗最佳基质,该基质可有效提高一串红幼苗出芽率,促进壮苗形成.结论]适当比例的蚯蚓粪对一串红的出苗及幼苗生长有很好的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim ws to study the effects of vermicompost composite matrix on seedlings emergence and growth of Salvia splendens.Method] The plug seedling was used.The volume ratio of garden soil,grass carbon and vermicompost of nine treatments were 1∶ 1∶ 1,1∶ 1∶2,1∶ 1∶3,1∶2∶ 1,1∶2∶2,1∶2∶3,1∶3∶ 1,1∶3∶2,1∶3∶3,resp.,and the control was garden soil.Result] The vermicompost composite matrix has promotion effect on seedling germination rate of Salvia splendens and its seedling growth,thereinto,the best matrix was the olume ratio of garden soil,grass carbon and vermicompost 1∶3∶2,which effectively improved the seedling germination rate of Salvia splendens,and promoted its strong seedling＇s formation.Conclusion] The suitable appropriate proportion of vermicompost has good promotion effect on seedlings emergence and growth of Salvia splendens. |
