| 摘 要： | 目的]调查老窝河底栖动物资源状况。方法]在2007年4、11月,调查了老窝河大型底栖动物资源。调查采样依据海拔高度变化设置了5个断面,共计40个样本。结果]采集到底栖动物20种,其中节肢动物17种,占总种数的85%,以水生昆虫为主;软体动物2种,占总种数的10%;扁形动物1种,占总种数的5%。老窝河各断面秋季底栖动物的平均密度高于春季,春、秋季各断面的平均密度均以LWH1、LWH2、LWH3断面高。生物量与密度变化大体相似。LWH1、LWH2、LWH3断面的多样性指数、均匀度和丰富度高于LWH4和LWH5断面。结论]老窝河海拔高度的变化影响了底栖动物种类分布的格局,使底栖动物密度、生物量均有不同程度的变化。
