| 摘 要： | 葡萄糖激酶催化反应：葡萄糖＋ATP→6-磷酸-葡萄糖＋ADP,反应中葡萄糖激酶属于转移酶类。因此,ATP是否直接参与反应不能作为判断催化该反应的酶是否属于合成酶的唯一条件。

| Abstract: | The glucose kinase catalyzed the reaction,G(Glucose)+ ATP → 6-P-G + ADP.In the reaction,glucose kinase belonged to the transferase.Therefore,the direct participating of ATP in the reaction was not the only condition used to judge whether an enzyme to be a synthetase or not. |
