摘    要:目的]筛选出对素心腊梅切花观赏品质有促进作用的保鲜剂配方。方法]选择健康、外观相近、下部花蕾初绽的素心腊梅花枝供试,探讨不同保鲜剂配方对素心腊梅切花鲜重变化率、花蕾开放率、最大花径、瓶插寿命等观赏品质的影响。结果]不同保鲜剂配方中,用2 000 mg/L维生素E对腊梅切花进行瓶插处理综合效果最好,对促进切花体内水分平衡、花蕾开放、花径增大、提高瓶插寿命等方面有显著作用。结论]2 000 mg/L维生素E进行瓶插处理对腊梅切花观赏品质的促进作用最好,建议生产上使用。
