| 摘 要： | 河北省野菜资源较丰富,可供食用的野菜有59科203种,这些野菜具有较高的食用价值、医疗保健价值和生态价值等。对河北省野菜资源开发利用现状及存在问题进行了分析,并提出了进一步合理开发利用河北省野菜资源的对策。

| Abstract: | The resources of wild-vegetable are rich in Hebei Province.There are 203 species of edible wild-vegetable which belong to 59 families,having great edible value,medical health and ecological value.The current situation and existing problems of exploitation and use on wild-vegetable in Hebei Province were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures on how to further reasonably export and utilize wild-vegetable resource were put forward. |
