摘    要:目的]优化甘草苷及异甘草素的提取工艺。方法]以2种甘草总黄酮提取物为原料,在酸性条件下用超声波提取甘草苷及异甘草素;采用正交设计优化2种成分的提取工艺;利用HPLC法检测其含量。结果]原料Ⅱ是提取甘草苷及异甘草素的较优材料,甘草苷的最佳提取条件:酸浓度为0.5 mol/L,超声提取时间为1.5 h,提取温度为70℃,料液比为1∶20;异甘草素的最佳提取条件:酸浓度为2.0 mol/L,超声提取时间为1.5 h,提取温度为70℃,料液比为1∶10。结论]该工艺简单、易行,重复性好,适合甘草苷及异甘草素的工业化提取。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin.Method] Using two flavonoids extracts of RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE as materials,liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin were extracted by ultrasonic under acidic conditions,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.Contents of liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin were determined by HPLC.Result] Extract Ⅱ was the better material for extracting liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin.The optimum extraction conditions of liquiritin were as below:concentration of acid of 0.5 mol/L,extraction duration of 1.5 h,extraction temperature of 70 ℃ and solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20,and the optimal conditions for isoliquiritigenin were:acid concentration of 2.0 mol/L,extracting duration of 1.5 h,extracting temperature of 70 ℃ and solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶10.Conclusion] Simple in operation,good in repeatability,the method established in this case favored the industrialized extraction of liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin.
