| 摘 要： | 目的]比较8个厂家不同固体剂型银翘解毒片剂、胶囊剂和丸剂的溶出度,为临床用药提供参考。方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定绿原酸的吸光度值,转篮法测定溶出度,并以威布尔分布模型拟合溶出参数。结果]8个厂家不同固体剂型中银翘解毒片剂、胶囊剂和丸剂的溶出度、崩解时限均符合2005年版《中国药典》规定,T50与崩解时限无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。结论]该方法简便、快速、稳定性好、结果准确,可用于药品制剂的质量控制。
