摘    要:目的]为获得产气效果较好的秸秆预处理方法。方法]通过稀碱法预处理的单因素分析,研究了稀碱法预处理中NaOH浓度、水浴加热时间和温度对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。结果]当NaOH浓度为6%时,秸秆厌氧发酵产气效果最佳,产气量比未处理的对照组提高了110%。水浴加热时间以3 h为最佳,产气量比对照组提高了107.9%。水浴加热温度以100℃为最佳,产气量比对照组提高了115.8%。结论]稀碱法预处理对秸秆厌氧发酵产气效果有明显的促进作用。
