| 摘 要： | 目的]考察不同搅拌速度对养猪废液VSS的去除效果以及稳定化工艺参数。方法]采用批式自热高温好氧消化工艺对养猪废水VSS进行降解,在6种养猪废液沉淀物浓度中,确定最佳进泥VSS浓度,通过对VSS、pH、氧化还原电位、温度等指标的测定,考察4组搅拌速度对养猪废液污泥稳定化效果的影响及最佳工艺参数。结果]在相同搅拌速度下,养猪废液污泥浓度超过35.00 g/L时,反应器自动升温速率为1.5℃/d,均超过平均升温速率,养猪废液VSS的去除率均超过40%。在4组搅拌速度中,VSS的去除率随搅拌速率的上升而增加,搅拌速度在210～220 r/min时,VSS的去除率最大,达51.23%。结论]养猪废液污泥稳定化的工艺参数是：搅拌速度在180～190 r/min,曝气量在30～32 L/h,进泥VSS浓度为35.00 g/L左右,由此,VSS的去除率为49.92%,平均升温速率1.82℃/d。
