优质糯玉米品种的评价

摘    要:目的]为糯玉米新品种在冀西北地区的推广应用提供依据。方法]以2个糯玉米新品种及目前在冀西北地区重点推广的6个糯玉米品种为材料,对其生育期、农艺性状、果穗性状、食用品质及产量进行观测、分析。结果]万粘3号、彩糯1号属早熟品种,垦粘1号、中玉糯2号、中糯2号为中熟品种,中糯1号、万糯1号、05NB104为晚熟品种。8个品种的食用品质均达二级标准,且05NB104籽粒饱满、粘软香甜、皮薄渣少、柔嫩适口,接近一级标准。中糯2号的单穗鲜重和产量最高。在农艺性状、果穗性状方面,万糯1号排第1位,05NB104、中玉糯2号分别排第4、7位。结论]糯玉米新品种05NB104、中玉糯2号均适宜在冀西北地区种植推广。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide basis for the popularization and application of new varieties of waxy maize in northwest region of Hebei Province.Method] With 2 new varieties of waxy maize and 6 waxy maize varieties that were popularized mainly in northwest region of Hebei as material,their growth period,agronomic characters,ear characters,edible quality and yield were observed and analyzed.Result] Wannian 3 and Cainuo 1 belonged to early maturing variety,Kennian 1,Zhongyunuo 2 and Zhongnuo 2 were mid-maturing ones,Zhongnuo 1,Wannuo 1 and 05NB104 were late maturing ones.The edible quality of 8 varieties were all reached to standard Grade II,and 05NB104 was fully filled grain,viscosity with nice smell and sweet,thin skin and less residue,tender and delicious flavor,which was approached to standard Grade I.The fresh weight per spikelet and yield of Zhongnuo 2 was the highest.As for agronomic and ear characters,Wannuo 1 was listed the first,05NB104 and Zhongyunuo 2 ranked the 4th and 7th resp.Conclusion] The new varieties of waxy maize of 05NB104 and Zhongyunuo 2 were all suitable for planting and popularization in northwest region of Hebei Province.
