南昌市蔬菜有机磷农药残留量调查

目的]了解南昌市市售蔬菜有机磷农药残留量状况。方法]分别于2004、2006、2008年夏季在定点区域随机采集194、190、140个蔬菜样本，应用酶抑制快速检测方法，进行了有机磷农药总残留量检测；2008年采用气相色谱法对酶抑制法超标的样本进行专项测定。结果]2004、2006、2008年南昌市市售蔬菜有机磷农药超标率分别为37．6％、9．5％、3．6％；2008年对超标的蔬菜样品用气相色谱检测甲胺磷、久效磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、磷胺这5种国家法规禁用有机磷农药含量，均未发现。结论]蔬菜中有机磷农药总残留量的含量呈显著下降趋势。

Investigation on Residue Quantity of Organophosphorous Pesticide in Vegetables in Nanchang City
