短期低温胁迫对百里香生理特性的影响

摘    要:以4种百里香作为供试材料,分别在不同低温条件下处理12 h,然后依次测定与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标.结果表明,当百里香受到低温胁迫时,体内的电解质外渗率、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量均比对照增加.综合评价认为青岛百里香(B3)的抗寒性较强.

Abstract:The resisting physiological and biochemical indexes of Cold veoistance in four Thymus species was tested after 12 hours under different low temperatures.Results showed that the electrolyte leakage and the content of soluble sugar and proline under low temperature stress were higher than those of the check temperature.After synthetic evaluation,sample from Qingdao had the best cold resistance.
