郑州市城镇用地扩展时空特征分析

摘    要:根据郑州市l996~2003年的土地利用统计与变更数据以及两个时期的GIS数据,分析郑州市城镇用地扩展数量和速度、区域差异以及扩展来源。结果表明:随着经济发展,城市化进程加快,郑州市城镇用地变化呈上升趋势,研究时段内其增长分为3个阶段;郑州市城镇用地扩展区域差异比较显著;城镇用地扩展来源是耕地、园地、农村居民点和工矿用地等的转化,其中主要是耕地的转化;社会经济是影响郑州市城镇用地变化的主要驱动力,包括人口增长、经济发展、政策等因素。

Abstract:Based on the statistical and change data of land utilization in Zhengzhou city from 1996 to 2003 and GIS data in 2 stages,the expansion amount and speed,regional difference and expansion source of urban land in Zhengzhou city were analyzed.The results showed that the change of urban land in Zhengzhou city was increased with the development of economy and the quickening of urbanization process.The increase in the study period of time was divided into 3 stages.Regional differences of urban land expansion in Zhengzhou city were comparatively significant.The sources of urban land expansion were transformed from cultivated land,garden plots,rural residential area,industrial and mining area,and etc,in which the main source was the transformation of cultivated land.The socioeconomic factor was the main driving force affecting the change of urban land in Zhengzhou city,including population growth,economic development and policies,etc.
