| 摘 要： | 随着城市化的发展,城乡建设用地规模急剧扩张,使得耕地保护压力加大,还呈现出用地内部结构不合理和土地利用率低等问题。对扬州市城乡建设用地存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出了相关的政策建议,对土地资源保护、优化城乡用地结构和布局以及实现区域经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the de development of urbanization,the scacle of urban and rural construction land expands sharply,which makes the pressure of preserving farmland increasing and also presents unreasonable structure of land use and low land use efficiency,and so on.The existing problems of urban and rural construction land in Yangzhou city were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward,which had an important significance to protect land resource,optimize land use structure and placement,and carry out the sustainable development of regional economy. |
