迎春·连翘切枝冷藏开花效果比较研究

目的]控制连翘、迎春的花期,满足晚春木本切花需求。方法]选取枝条至少在10个花蕾以上的迎春、连翘当年生枝做切枝(20～25cm长)和冷藏(0～2℃)处理,通过低温冷藏延迟迎春和连翘的花期,研究迎春、连翘切枝冷藏延迟开花的技术措施,提高开花质量和效果。结果]经过冷藏处理,迎春、连翘切枝的开花期延迟了1个月,迎春冷藏1～30d效果比较好,连翘冷藏1～20d效果比较好。迎春花期持续时间长,而连翘开花时间集中。冷藏后的花期曲线大都呈单峰曲线状态。冷藏5～25d的开花效果比较好。结论]连翘、迎春含苞枝条在0～2℃冷藏5～25d后可以正常开放。

Comparing Study on the Flowering Effect of Cold Stored Cut Winter Jasmine and Forsythia

Objective] The study aimed to control the florescence of Forsythia and winter jasmine so as to meet the demand of woody cut flower in late spring.Method] The current grown shoots of Forsythia and winter jasmine,with 10 buds at least per shoot were used as cut shoots with length of 20～25 cm long and treated with cold storage(0～2℃).The technical measures of delaying the flowering of cold stored cut winter jasmine and Forsythia were investigated through delaying their florescence by cold storage at low temperature so as to enhance the flowering quality and effect.Result] Through cold storage treatment(0～2℃),the florescence of Forsythia and winter jasmine were delayed for 1 month.The effect of winter jasmine with cold storage for 1～30 d was better and that of Forsythia with cold storage for 1～20 d was better.The winter jasmine florescence lasted for long time,but the flowering time of Forsythia was centralized.The florescence curve after cold storage mostly showed unimodal pattern.The flowering effect of cold storage for 5～25 d was better.Conclusion] The Forsythia and winter jasmine shoots with flower buds could flower normally when they were stored at 0～2℃ for 5～25 d.
