摘    要:研究超声波辅助技术测定虎刺中总黄酮含量的方法。通过线性关系试验、精密度试验、稳定性试验、回收率试验和测定样品中总黄酮的含量,研究了利用超声波辅助技术测定虎刺中总黄酮含量的方法。在线性关系试验中,总黄酮浓度在8~60μg/ml,线性范围良好。在精密度试验中,RSD值为0.53%,表明精密度较好。在稳定性试验中,RSD值为1.12%,表明在0~60 min之间的稳定性较好。在回收率试验中,其平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.55%(n=5)。说明该方法具有良好的加样回收率。用该法测得的虎刺中总黄酮的平均含量为1.413%。该方法具有精密度、稳定性均较好,回收率高等优点,可以作为虎刺中总黄酮含量的测定方法。

Abstract:The aim was to study the method of determining flavonoids content in Damnacanthus indicus Gaertn f.by ultrasonic assisted technique.The method of determining flavonoids content in D.indicus by ultrasonic assisted technique was studied through linear relationship,precision,stability and recovery experiments and determining flavonoids contents in the samples.In the linear relationship experiment,the linear range was good when the flavonoids content was in 8~60 g/ml.In the precision experiment,RSD value was 0.53%,showing that the precision was better.In the stability experiment,RSD value was 1.12%,showing that the stability was better in 0~60 min.In the recovery experiment,the average recovery and RSD were 99.9% and 0.55%(n=5),showing that method had good recovery.The average content of flavonoids in D.indicus determined by the method was 1.413%.This method had the advantages of better precision and stability and high recovery and could be used as the determination method of flavonoids content in D.indicus.
