加拿大紫荆容器育苗研究

摘    要:目的]为优质种苗的生产和种苗标准化提供依据。方法]采用盆栽法进行栽培基质和肥料的筛选试验,调查加拿大紫荆容器育苗的株高、地径和叶片绿色程度。结果]栽培在草炭∶蛭石为4∶1混合基质中的加拿大紫荆苗平均株高最高,平均地径最大,绿色度最大,分别为84.13 cm、1.26 cm和6.67;施复合肥2的加拿大紫荆苗生长量最大,植株叶片的绿色度和株高显著高于施农家肥猪粪的紫荆苗,平均株高为84.49 cm,平均地径为1.24 cm,绿色度为6.75。不同的基质和肥料对加拿大紫荆叶色的影响均有显著差异。结论]草炭∶蛭石为4∶1的混合基质比较适合加拿大紫荆的苗期生长,是良好的容器苗栽培基质。氮磷钾比例为14∶13∶13的复合肥比较适合加拿大紫荆盆栽苗的生长,是良好的营养来源。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the production of high-quality seedlings and the standardization of seedlings.Method] Pot cultivation method was used for screening test of culture medium and fertilizer to investigate plant height,ground diameter and greening degree of leaves of container seedlings of C.canadensis.Result] The seedlings of C.canadensis that cultivated in the mixed medium with the peat-vermiculite ratio of 4∶1 had highest average seedling height,most average ground diameter and most greening degree,being 84.13 cm,1.26 cm and 6.67,resp.The seedlings of C.canadensis applied by compound fertilizer No.2 had most growth increment and its greening degree of plant leaves and plant height were significantly higher than that of the seedlings of C.canadensis applied by farmyard manure pig dung,with average seedling height of 84.49 cm,average ground diameter of 1.24 cm and greening degree of 6.75.The effects of different medium and fertilizers on leaf color of C.canadensis had significant difference.Conclusion] The mixed medium with the peat-vermiculite ratio of 4∶1 was more suitable for the growth of C.canadensis in seeding stage,which was good culture medium for container seedling.The compound fertilizer with the N-P-K proportion of 14∶13∶13 was more suitable for the growth of pot-cultivated seedlings and was good nutrition source.
