魔芋葡甘聚糖/聚丙烯酸水凝胶的溶胀动力学及性能影响因素

摘    要:以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,在水溶液中合成了魔芋葡甘聚糖/聚丙烯酸杂混水凝胶;探讨了其有关动力学,着重考察了反应条件(单体浓度、交联剂用量及引发剂浓度)对凝胶平衡溶胀比的影响。结果表明,当魔芋葡甘聚糖用量为8.1g/L、单体丙烯酸浓度为1.0mol/L、引发剂硝酸铈铵为6.0mmol/L、交联剂BIS为8.0mmol/L时,所得凝胶有较高的平衡溶胀比。

Abstract:Konjac glucomannan/poly(Acrylic acid) hybrid hydrogels were prepared in aqueous solution using ceric ammonium nitrate as the initiator and N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide as the crosslinker.The swelling kinetics was discussed and the effects of the reaction conditions,including the concentration of monomers,initiator and crosslinker on the equilibrium swelling ratio of the hydrogels were investigated.It was found that the hydrogel had higher equilibrium swelling ratio when the amount of konjac glucomannan,acrylic acid,ceric ammonium nitrate and the crosslinker were 8.1 g/L,1.0 mol/L,6.0 mmol/L and 8.0 mmol/L,respectively.
