AMMI模型在水稻区域试验产量组成性状分析中的应用

摘    要:为了解AMMI模型在水稻区域试验产量组成性状分析中的应用效果,利用AMMI模型对2006年安徽省晚粳水稻区域试验资料进行了分析。结果表明,在分析基因型与环境互作时,AMMI模型优于多元回归和相关分析;AMMI模型中的极显著和显著能分别解释产量、单位面积有效穗数、株高、穗长、每穗实粒数性状的89.19%、95.90%、96.30%、91.20%、90.40%的交互作用平方和;AMMI模型稳定性参数Di可以用来分析产量性状在不同地点下的稳定性,稳定性产量性状Di值分析表明,品系和环境的变化对单位面积有效穗数与每穗实粒数影响较小。

Abstract:To detect the performance of yield traits in rice regional trials,the data collected from Anhui rice regional trials in 2006 were analyzed by AMMI model.The results indicated that the AMMI model was superior to joint linear regression and correlation analysis for yield traits in explaining genotype by environment interactions.AMMImodel could explain most of the genotype by environment interactions,such as 89.19 % for yield,95.90 % for spikes per hectare,96.30 % for plant high,91.20 % for spike length and 90.40 % for per spike.Based on the Di value,which showed the scores of genotype and environment,it was found that genotype and environment had the lower effects on spikes per hectare and per spike.
