| 摘 要： | 目的]寻求生产大西洋种薯的最佳营养液配方。方法]在塑料育苗盆中无土栽培脱毒试管苗，设置3种不同处理的营养液配方（A1、A2、A3），用一次性施足营养液方法生产脱毒微型著，羊板粪处理（A4）为对照。收获期对不同处理的种薯粒数、种薯大中小分级，以及种薯重量进行观测。结果]处理A2（营养液加KNO3、KH2PO4、CaCl2、（NH4）2SO4、MgSO4、7H2O、EDTA-Na、FeSO4各1 034、348、150、170、490、37.25、27.85mg/L）的种薯生产总粒数为128粒，大、中薯率分别为36．6％、33．6％，比A4约高5个百分点，比A3处理高约40个百分点。A2处理的种薯长势与著型最好，根和匍匐茎数量比A4处理高。结论]A2处理的营养液配方较为合理，为脱毒苗大面积生产大西洋微型种薯提供了基本营养液配方。
