| 摘 要： | 目的]克隆银杏漆酶同源基因，为今后深入研究漆酶在银杏体内的功能提供基础。方法]在提取银杏雄株叶片基因组DNA的基础上，利用PCR的方法克隆银杏漆酶同源基因片段。结果]获得了一段基因序列，经对该基因片段的核苷酸序列分析表明，它与桃漆酶同源基因在结构上高度保守，相似性高达68％。结论]成功克隆了银杏漆酶同源基因的部分序列。
