摘 要: | 按照土地适宜性评价的一般步骤——选择评价对象一确定评价单元一选取评价因子一构建评价指标体系一权重的确定一单因子评价和多因子综合评价,对大同市中心城区居住用地进行了适宜性评价,将其分为适宜、一般适宜、较不适宜和不适宜4类用地区,大同市城区以一般适宜区和较不适宜区为主。

Abstract: | According to the general steps of land suitability evaluation: the selection of evaluation objects→the determination of evaluation units→the selection of evaluation factors→the construction of evaluation index system→ the determination of weights→single-factor evaluation and multiple-factor comprehensive evaluation.The suitability evaluation was carried out for Datong city center residential sites,and it was divided into four kinds of districts: appropriate,general appropriate,less appropriate and unfavourable,Datong Districts are mainly in general appropriate and less appropriate. |
