不同地区桔梗中总皂苷含量分析

目的]分析比较不同地区生产的桔梗中总皂苷的含量。方法]以桔梗皂苷为考察指标，采用超声水提法提取5个产地的桔梗中的总皂苷，并采用比色法测定其含量。结果]5个产地的桔梗总皂苷得率大小顺序为安康〉商洛〉通化〉安国〉淄博；其中安康的桔梗总皂苷得率最高，为5．10％；淄博的总皂苷得率最低，为3．04％。5个产地桔梗待测液的纯度大小顺序为安国〉商洛〉通化〉淄博〉安康；其中安国的桔梗待测液纯度最高，为65．55％，安康的桔梗待测液纯度最低，为53．38％。结论]不同地区生长的桔梗总皂苷的得率及纯度相差较大。

Chemical Analysis of Total Platycodin in Platycodon grandi florum from Different Regions

Objective] The aim was to compare the content of total platycodin in Platycodon grandi florum from different regions.Method] With platycodin as investigating index,total platycodin in P.grandi florum from 5 regions were obtained by using ultrasonic water extraction method,and the content was determined with colorimetry.Result] The order of total platycodin yield was Ankang(5.10%)> Shangluo > Anguo > Zibo(3.04%),the purity order was Anguo(65.55%)> Shangluo> Tonghua> Zibo> Ankang(53.38%).Conclusion] The yield and purity of total platycodin in P.grandi florum from different regions varies significantly.
