摘 要: | 目的]研究芦蒿茎蛋白的最佳提取工艺。方法]采用碱提酸沉法提取芦蒿茎中的蛋白,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L。(3。)正交试验,研究pH、温度、水解时间和料液比对芦蒿茎蛋白提取率的影响。结果]在各影响因素中,影响程度依次为pH〉料液比〉温度〉水解时间,碱法提取芦蒿茎蛋白的最佳工艺条件为pH9.0、提取温度50oC、水解时间105min、料液比1:35(g/m1);在此条件下,芦蒿茎蛋白的提取率为75.59%。结论]优选出了芦蒿茎蛋白的最佳提取工艺,为芦蒿的提取研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to research the optimum extraction technology for the protein from the stems of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.Method] The protein in the stems of A.selengensis was extracted by using the alkali extraction and acid precipitation.Based on the single factor test,the effect of pH,temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of the protein in the stems of A.selengensis was studied by using the L_9(34)orthogonal test.Result] The factors influencing the extraction of the protein were in the order of pH >solid-liquid ratio > temperature> hydrolysis time.The optimum technology conditions for extracting the protein from the stems of A.selengensis by the alkali extraction method was as follows: the pH of 9.0,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,hydrolysis time of 105 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35(g/ml).Under the above optimal extracting conditions,the extraction rate of the protein in the stems of A.selengensis was 75.59%.Conclusion] The optimum extraction technology for the protein from the stems of A.selengensis was optimized,which provided the theoretical basis for the extraction study of A.selengensis. |
