| 摘 要： | 在对安徽省干辣椒近几年科研、生产现状及产业优势进行调查的基础上，结合干辣椒产业发展趋势，总结了安徽省干辣椒产业存在的问题，并提出了开展资源收集和评价工作、重视新品种选育、干辣椒生产标准化、扶持辣椒深加工企业等相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Based on investigating research,production status and industry advantages of pepper in Anhui Province,combing the development tendency,the existing problems were summarized,and several corresponding countermeasures,such as carrying out resource collection and evaluation,valuing new variety breeding and production standardization,supporting pepper deep processing enterprises,were put forward. |
