摘    要:对光合细菌耐受Se及最适生长条件进行探讨,为今后应用光合细菌进行含Se废水处理奠定理论基础。Se耐受性较强的沼泽红假单胞菌和荚膜红假单胞菌的生长条件优化试验结果表明,试以酵母膏为碳源,pH值7.0,接种量为20%30%生长最好,对亚硒酸盐的最大耐受浓度为20-50μg/ml。

Selenium Tolerance and Optimization of Growth Conditions in Photosynthetic Bacteria

Abstract:In this study,selenium tolerance of photosynthetic bacteria and the optimum growth conditions were discussed for the future application of photosynthetic bacteria in wastewater treatment technology for selenium.The strong tolerance to selenium photosynthetic bacteria were Rhodopseudomonas palustris and Rhodopseudomonas capsulate,and their growing conditions were optimized.The results showed that yeast extract as carbon source,pH 7.0,inoculation of the best growth of 20%-30%,and on the maximum tolerated selenite concentration of 20-500 μg/ml.
