广西农村地区水牛和黄牛同期发情技术的探讨

摘    要:目的]探讨在农村粗放饲养的条件下水牛和黄牛同期发情的处理技术。方法]研究采用前列烯醇结合孕马血清促性腺激素同期发情处理水牛和黄牛。结果]青年水牛的同期发情率和受胎率分别是52.9%和35.1%,明显低于经产母水牛的81.5%和45.5%,差异显著(P〈0.05);青年黄牛和经产母牛的同期发情率和受胎率均无显著性差异。母水牛产犊后120d后,同期发情率和受胎率分别为84.7%和44.8%,均高于产犊后60d以内和60~90d内处理的78.6%和40.7%、76.1%和38.6%,差异显著(P〈0.05);同期发情处理黄牛,产犊后120d以上的发情率高于产犊后60d以内和60~90d内,差异显著(P〈0.05),产犊后60~90d内和120d以上在受胎率上均高于60d以内,差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论]采用前列烯醇结合孕马血清促性腺激素同期发情处理水牛和黄牛的效果很好,值得在广西地区推广。

Estrus Synchronization Techniques of Buffaloes and Cattle in Guangxi Rural Areas

Abstract:Objective] To compare the estrus synchronization of female buffaloes and cattle in the rural areas.Method] The female buffaloes and cattle were treated with cloprostenol and pregnant mare serum.Result] The rate of estrus and conception of buffalo heifers with the treatment of estrus synchronization were 55.9% and 38.55%,respectively,which were lower than multiparous buffaloes(84.5% and 45.6%)(P<0.05).The estrus and conception rates between heifers and multiparous cattle were not significantly different(P>0.05).The rate of estrus and conception of buffaloes more than 120 d after calving was 84.7% and 44.8%,respectively,which were higher than that of buffaloes less than 60 d after calving(78.6% and 40.7%)and that of buffaloes at 60-90 d after calving(76.1% and 38.6%).there were significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of synchronization estrus and conception of cattle during 60 d after calving were lower than that of cattle between 60 to 90 d and more than 120 d after calving,the difference were significant.Conclusion] The treatment effects of cloprostenol and pregnant mare serum on the estrus synchronization of buffaloes and cattle are well.This method is worth promoting in Guangxi area.
