摘    要:目的]分离和筛选苜蓿内生放线菌,为进一步筛选拮抗菌株打下基础。方法]从健康苜蓿组织中分离得到3株内生放线菌,对其进行初步鉴定、皿内对峙培养。结果]MX2及其发酵滤液对11种靶标菌均有一定的拮抗作用,特别对番茄灰霉、西瓜枯萎菌有明显的抑菌作用;MX3的发酵滤液对小麦纹枯病的抑菌作用较强,但是平板对峙培养中MX3没有此作用。结论]MX2是一株具有生防潜力的菌株。

Study on Isolating and Screening of Antagonistic Endophytic Actinomycetes from Medicago sativa

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the isolating and screening of the antagonistic endophytic actinomycetes from Medicago sativa,to provid the basis for the isolating antagonistic atinomycetes in further.Method] 3 strains of endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from Medicago sativa.Their morphological and physiological characteristics were observed with slide cultivation method.Result] Inhibitory activity in vitro showed that MX2 and its ferment filtration had antagonistic effect on 11 pathogens,especially had significant effect on Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Niveum.The ferment filtration of MX3 had strong effect on Rhizoctonia cerealis.But by MX3 had no this effect in slide cultivation method test.Conclusion] MX2 is a promising bio-control strain.
