“5·12”汶川特大地震灾区恢复重建发展的经验及对策研究

从经济、社会、生态3个方面对2008年5月12日发生的汶川特大地震灾情进行了分析,整理了震后国家及四川省出台的有关综合、财政、税收、金融、土地、住房、产业扶持、就业保障8个方面的政策环境,明确了灾后重建的＂三年基本恢复,五年发展振兴,十年全面小康＂以及＂六有＂的发展规划和目标,并从家园建设、基础设施建设、产业重建、精神家园重建、对口支援5方面分析了四川现在的恢复情况。最后,结合四川受灾后重建的宝贵经验与各方面的优势,提出下一阶段恢复重建的政策建议。

Study on the Experience and countermeasures of Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Development of "5·12" Earthquake Stricken Areas
