花鳗鲡不同组织同工酶研究

摘    要:目的]研究花鳗鲡8种同工酶在不同组织中分布的生理意义。方法]对花鳗鲡7种组织或器官(心脏、肝脏、肌肉、肾脏、鳃、眼、鳍)中8种同工酶的组织特异性,进行分析。结果]花鳗鲡的EST、MDH、LDH、POD、SDH、SOD、ADH 7种同工酶均具有明显组织特异性。EST在肝脏中活性最强;MDH在心脏、肝脏中染色较深;LDH在心脏和鳍中含量最高;POD在肾脏中活性最强;SOD在肝脏和肌肉中的含量最高;ADH在肝脏中含量最高。结论]除ME外,花鳗鲡的7中同工酶均具有明显组织特异性,且不同组织中酶的活性大小也有差别。

Study on Isozyme in Different Tissues of Anguilla marmorata

Abstract:Objective]To study physiology significance of 8 isozymes distribution in different tissues of Anguilla marmorata.Method]Tissue specificity of 8 isozymes in 7 tissues(heart,liver,muscle,kidney,gill,eye,fin) of Anguilla marmorata was analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis.Result]Tissue specificity of 7 isozymes including EST,MDH,LDH,POD,SDH,SOD and ADH of Anguilla marmorata was existed.The highest activity of EST was in liver.The dyeing color of MDH was darker in heart and liver than in the other tissues.The highest content of LDH was in heart and fin.The highest activity of POD was in kidney.The highest content of SOD was in liver and muscle.The highest content of ADH was in liver.Conclusion]7 isozymes of Anguilla marmorata present tissue specificity except ME,and the activity of isozymes was different in different tissues.
