摘    要:目的]从叶片结构,叶绿体等亚细胞结构以及色素组成研究该突变体叶色白化的原因。方法]以叶色白化的夹竹桃叶片为材料,用光学显微镜观察不同发育阶段的叶绿体形态;用板层析技术分析叶片中光合色素的组成。结果]突变型与野生型的叶肉细胞无明显差异,但白化叶片中栅栏组织和海绵组织几乎看不到绿色存在;分离2种叶色的叶绿体发现,突变型的成熟叶绿体数量很少;板层析结果显示,白化夹竹桃中光合色素基本缺失。结论]夹竹桃叶色白化可能是因叶绿体合成受阻引起叶绿素缺失造成的。
