秸秆生物降解菌对秸秆菌群与纤维素酶活力的影响

摘    要:对秸秆生物降解专用菌种施用后不同生长阶段秸秆中细菌、真菌的数量及其纤维素酶活力进行测定。结果表明,所测指标在菌种施用后一个生长季内均呈"升高—相对稳定—降低"的变化趋势。

Abstract:After the special strains for biodegradation of straw were applied,the quantities of bacteria and fungi and the cellulase activity in straw in the different growth stages of special strains were determined.The results showed that in the first growth season after the special strains were applied,all the tested indexes showed the variance trend of increasing-relatively stable-decreasing.
