| 摘 要： | 目的]研究蚯蚓堆肥前后进料和出料的主要农化性质的变化。方法]蚯蚓堆肥处理不同比例的牛粪、药渣、污泥、枯枝落叶。结果]pH趋于中性,EC增加;与进料相比,出料的全氮和速效氮含量（除30%牛粪＋70%污泥处理外）表现出下降趋势;全磷和速效磷的含量均增加,增幅分别为0~101.8%,13.6%~57.2%;速效钾含量均增加,增幅为6.9%~33.7%;蚯蚓堆肥加快了有机物的分解,各处理有机质含量与进料相比都呈下降的趋势;整体上,30%牛粪＋70%污泥和100%枯枝落叶2个处理的速效养分含量增加最多。蚯蚓堆制处理后,总体上各处理的细菌、放线菌、真菌数量均大于对照（100%牛粪）。结论]经过蚯蚓堆肥处理后,整体上能使速效养分含量和微生物数量增加,其中30%牛粪＋70%污泥和100%枯枝落叶的效果最好。
