摘    要:目的]研究API胶对不同薄木的粘贴强度。方法]用API胶分别对基材为16 mm厚的刨花板及薄木厚度为0.5 mm的椴木、水曲柳、新西兰松、胡桃木进行表面胶合、耐水蒸气、耐高温及装饰板的浸渍剥离试验,研究树种及其密度、湿润性和含水率对薄木胶接性能的影响。结果]表面胶合试验结果表明,椴木的胶接性能最好,胶合强度达1.21 KN,胡桃木的胶接性能最差,胶合强度仅为0.63KN;耐水蒸气试验中,胡桃木被破坏最严重,水曲柳被破坏较轻;浸渍剥离试验中,水曲柳的剥离率最大,剥离长度总和达47 mm,新西兰松的剥离率最小。结论]胡桃木的综合胶接性能最差。

Effect of Veneers from Different Tree Species on Overlay Performance of API Tackiner

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to research the adherence strength of API glue to different veneers.Method] The shaving board with thickness of 16 mm and veneer with thickness of 0.5 mm,which were made from basswood,Fraxinus mandshurica,New Zealand pine and walnut wood,were used as base materials.These base materials and API glue were used in the experiments on surface gluing,water vapour tolerance,high temperature tolerance and dipping and peeling of decorative board.Then the effect of tree species and their densities,wettability and water contents on the glued jointing performance of veneers was researched.Result] The results from surface gluing experiment indicated that the glued jointing performance of basswood was best and its gluing strength was up to 1.21 KN and that of walnut wood was worst and its gluing strength was only 0.63 KN;in the experiment on water vapour tolerance,the walnut wood was damaged most seriously and mandshurica fraxinus was damaged more lightly;in the experiment on dipping and peeling,the peeling rate of F.mandshurica was highest and its sum of peeling length was up to 47 mm and the peeling rate of New Zealand pine was lowest.Conclusion] The comprehensive glued jointing performance of walnut wood was worst.
