摘    要:目的]为耐盐资源的鉴定评价、耐盐棉花适应性筛选、耐盐棉花育种及栽培提供理论依据。方法]对2个棉花品种在6个全盐浓度条件下进行地下咸水、NaC l溶液、盐碱原土3种基质的萌发期试验,测定发芽率、出苗率,分析盐胁迫对棉花发芽率、出苗率的影响。结果]NaC l溶液处理的棉花发芽率偏高,地下咸水溶液处理和盐碱土全盐胁迫条件下的发芽率相近;利用NaC l单盐溶液进行发芽期耐盐性鉴定,鉴定浓度选用0.50%;利用地下咸水和盐碱原土进行耐盐性鉴定,鉴定浓度选用0.40%。结论]采用地下咸水做棉花耐盐鉴定基质,最切合生产实际。

Effects of Testing Substrates on Cotton Seed Germination in Identification of Salt Tolerance

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the identification and evaluation of salt-tolerant resource,adaptation screening of salt-tolerant cotton,salt-tolerance breeding and cultivation of cotton.Method]Seed germination of two cotton breeds was tested in six different salt concentration treatments and three different testing substrates,such as underground salty water,NaCl solution and saline-alkali soil.The influences of salt stress on cotton germination percentage were analyzed.Result]Cotton germination percentage was higher in NaCl solution than that of other two ground-substances.Germination percentages of underground salty water solution treatment and saline-alkali soil condition were close.The suitable density was 0.50% using NaCl single salt tolerance,and the suitable density was 0.40% using underground salty water and saline-alkali soil in identification of salt tolerance.Conclusion]Using underground salty water as the testing substrate in cotton salinity tolerance appraisal was close to actual production.
