| 摘 要： | 在分析我国利用外商直接投资现状和我国产业结构的一般情况基础上,实证研究了外商直接投资对我国产业结构优化的影响,指出外资在促进我国产业结构不断优化调整的同时也存在问题,并提出了利用外资促进产业结构升级的相关政策建议。
