| 摘 要： | 目的]比较乌桕、枫杨和柳杉乙醇提取液的灭螺活性。方法]采用室内浸杀钉螺试验,测定了乌桕、枫杨和柳杉乙醇提取液的灭螺活性。结果]乌桕、枫杨和柳杉乙醇浸提液均具有一定的灭螺效果,其中乌桕和柳杉灭螺效果较好且相差不大,而枫杨相对较差;采用乙醇能较好地提取植物的有效灭螺成分,其灭螺效果比植物的水浸液要好。结论]为生态柳螺植物材料的筛选提供了理论依据。
