摘 要: | 根据全国农用地分等汇总成果,采用文献资料法和实证分析法,对京沪高铁建设用地补充耕地进行了实证研究。研究表明,省际间的耕地补充是解决国家级重点建设项目耕地占补平衡的一种可行方法,为统筹国家级重点建设项目占地、实现耕地资源紧缺地区"易地占补"提供了参考依据。

Abstract: | The process of Beijing-Shanghai express railway cultivated land requisition-compensation was studied with methods of literature review and case study,based on agriculture land classification.The results indicated that cultivated land requisition-compensation balance intrans-provincial area was a possible way to solve the problem of national key construction projects complemented cultivated land.It provided the basis for co-ordination national key construction projects occupancy farmland and the achievement of complemented cultivated land in the cultivated land resource shortage area. |
