摘    要:目的]探讨马齿苋多糖运动功能饮料(SBP)抗运动性疲劳及提高运动耐力作用及机制。方法]采用小鼠游泳模型,分4组,按0.01 m l/g分别灌胃生理盐水及浓缩10、20、40倍SBP,记录小鼠负重游泳时间和体重,并检测SBP对小鼠血清乳酸、肝糖原、肌糖原、血清尿素氮等指标的影响。结果]大剂量补充SBP能延长小鼠负重游泳时间;增强小鼠运动即刻和休息后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性;增加小鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量;降低血清尿素氮含量。结论]SBP具有一定的抗运动性疲劳及提高运动耐力作用。

Abstract:Objective] The function and mechnism of resisting exercise fatigue and enhancing sports performance of Portulaca oleracea L.SBP were discussed in this paper.Method] The mice were divided randomly into four groups,after single oral administration of the sodium chloride(0.1 ml/g),10 times of concentrated of SBP(0.1 ml/g),20 times of concentrated of SBP(0.01 ml/g),40 times of concentrated of SBP(0.1 ml/g) in different four groups,the weight-loaded swimming time of the mice and body weight were recorded.The fatigue indexes,including serum lacticacid concentration,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,serum urea nitrogen of the mice are assayed.Result] The results showed that flushing dose of SBP can prolong the weight-loaded swimming time,increase activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and increase the content of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen,loss the content of serum urea nitrogen.Conclusion] These were indicated that SBP possessed effect of anti-exercise-induced fatigue and raise exercise tolerance;the mechanism may be related to the above reasons.
