摘    要:通过人为控制相对光照强度(光强)的方法,探讨了光强对桑叶主要药用成分1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojimycin,1-DNJ)含量的影响。结果表明,遮阴处理能显著增加桑苗叶片的1-DNJ含量,且随着遮阴程度的增加,1-DNJ含量也明显增加。其中在25%光强下处理5d时,桑苗叶片中1-DNJ含量最高,达0.2043%;在处理15d时,桑叶中1-DNJ含量比100%光强下增加幅度最大,达60.63%。遮阴5d后,继续遮阴对桑叶中1-DNJ含量基本没有影响。

The Effect of Light Intensity on 1-deoxynojimycin Content in Mulberry Leaf

Abstract:The effect of light intensity on main medicinal component 1-deoxynojimycin(1-DNJ) content in mulberry leaf was discussed by the method of artificial control of relative light intensity.The results showed that 1-DNJ content in mulberry leaf can be significantly improved by shading treatment.1-DNJ contents in mulberry leaf increased obviously with the increasing of shading degree.After mulberry leaves were treated for 5 d under the light intensity of 25% ,1-DNJ content in mulberry leaf was the highest(0.204 3% ) .After 15 d treatment,1-DNJ content in mulberry leaf had the highest increasing amplitude than that under 100% light intensity,reaching 60.63% .The shading treatment after the first five days had little effect on 1-DNJ content in mulberry leaf.
