摘    要:目的]研究罗氏沼虾幼体培育技术。方法]在127.3 m3水体中投放2 700×104 ind罗氏沼虾幼体,采取控制鱼苗密度、加强水质调控、不用抗生素的群落生态法进行培育,并观察培育效果。结果]经25 d左右培育,90%幼体变态,获淡化虾苗1 721.3×104 ind,单位水体产量为13.5×104 ind/m3。平均育苗成活率为63.7%,平均运输成活率为85.9%。苗种达到DB45/T515-2008要求。结论]生态法可对罗氏沼虾实现健康育苗。罗氏沼虾生态方法育苗切实可行。

Experiment on Larval Breeding of Macrobrachium rosenbergii

Abstract:Objective] To study larval breeding of Macrobrachiu rosenbergii.Method]2 700×104 ind larval were breed in pond of 127.3 m3 water.Ecological technology including mastering appropriate larvae breeding density,paying attention to water quality and non-use of antibiotics was used.Result]The larval metamorphism reached 90%,after about 25 d breeding.1 721.3×104 ind desalting salinity and 13.5×104 ind /m3 larbal were produced.The average survival rate of breeding larval reached the standards of DB45/T515-2008.Conclusion]Ecological technology could breed healthy Macrobrachium rosenbergii.Ecological approach breeding for Macrobrachium rosenbergii was feasible.
