摘    要:目的]探究不同油菜品种的抗铝毒能力。方法]采用营养液培养,研究赣油杂1号、赣油杂2号、湘油杂3号3个油菜品种对铝毒抗逆性的影响。结果]铝胁迫下,油菜各品种叶片丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加,根系活力下降。3个油菜品种中,赣油杂2号的变化幅度最大,湘油杂3号最小。3个油菜品种的耐铝性大小为:湘油杂3号>赣油杂1号>赣油杂2号。结论]在酸铝地区要特别重视对作物铝毒的防治与研究;湘油杂3号在酸性铝毒土壤上的适应能力最强,赣油杂2号最差,这为促进我国南方酸性土壤地区油菜的生产和发展提供了一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to explore the resistance capability of different rape varieties to Al toxicity.Method] In using nutrient solution culture,the effects of 3 rape varieties including Ganyouza 1,Ganyouza 2 and Xiangyouza 3 on the resistance to Al toxicity were studied.Result] Under Al stress,the contents of malondialdehyde,proline and soluble sugar in the leaves of different rape varieties were increased and the vigor of root system was decreased.Among 3 rape varieties,the change amplitude of Ganyouza 2 was greatest and that of Xiangyouza 3 was smallest.Al-toleance of 3 rape varieties in order were as Xiangyouza 3 > Ganyouza 1 > Ganyouza 2.Conclusion] More attention should be specially paid to the control and research on Al toxicity in crop in the areas with acid Al.The adaptability of Xiangyouza 3 in the soil with acid Al toxicity was strongest and that of Ganyouza 2 was worst.The results provided certain guiding significance for promoting the production and development of rape in the southern area with acid soil in China.
